49th Nutrition Program
Look: The 49th Nutrition Program activity, with the theme “Healthy diet, made affordable for all,” was successfully celebrated by the Municipality of Porac, led by Mayor Jaime “Jing” V. Capil, through its MSWD headed by Ms. Jhoanne M. Arcega. The event took place at the Covered Court, Command Center, Brgy. Jalung, Porac, Pampanga.
Highlights of the activity include the Nutri-Cooking Contest participated by the Barangay Nutrition representatives from different barangays. Accompanied by their respective MSWD Officers, the participants showcased their cooking skills and presented their output based on the Pinoy set-up highlighting the use of any fruits and vegetables.
Furthermore, the event featured other engaging activities, such as the Nutri-Caravan and the Oh My Gulay Costume contest, which were enthusiastically participated in by children.
A special thanks to our judges, Mayora Leny Capil, Vice Mayor Francis “Budoy” Tamayo, Coun. Michelle “Man-Man” Bengco, Mr. Bryan Salta from Medecia Med & BP Creatives, and Doc. Neil San Andres. Their valuable contribution added to the success of the event.
