Meeting being held at BCDA Clark office and with him are Gov. Dennis Pineda, Mayor Pogi Lazatin, CDC Pres. PBGen Manny Gaerlan, NCIP RD Ruben Bastero and BCDA SVP Joshua Bingcang.
