ATOM ARAULLO of GMA 7 features iconic dishes in Pampanga!

As we aim to search and present the astonishing and rich culture of Porac, we have discovered interesting and unique dishes which originated from the town of Porac.
Thru the efforts of the Tourism OIC, Ms. Gem Marimla, and thru the support of the Bayung Porac Leader, Hon. Jaime V. Capil, the town has gradually introduced its tourism products which are now being noticed by the province and across the archipelago.
Our gratitude and appreciation go to Mr. Khristian Mark Alvarez, OIC of Arts, Culture and Tourism Office of Pampanga who chose the Municipality of Porac to be part of the featured town to present native dishes. The same goes to the Porac Young Artists headed by Herminigildo Pineda, Ilug Kamalig Agriculture Cooperative headed by Jacinto Morales and the Owner of Nature’s View Resort, Ms. Riza Lee.
ACTIVITIES:
Day 1 – BINULU Dishes and other Native Dishes demonstrated by Porac IPs at Ilug Kamalig, Pio
Day 2 – Suklating Batirul demonstrated by Sir Ed Sibug with Cristeta Salta Bengco and Roberto Cunanan at Nature’s View Resort, Babo Pangulo.
