Mayor Jing Capil graciously led the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement with Hemant Philippines Inc. for the establishment of a Dialysis Center in our Municipality. The momentous event took place on September 3, 2024, at the Mini Conference Hall.

We were honored to be joined by representatives of Hemant Philippines Inc., including Ms. Estrella Dizon and Mr. Amos Rivera. Our local government officials, including Mayor’s Chief of Staff Ms. Jen Capil, SB Member Papay Carreon, SB Member Ayot Dimalanta, and Engr. Glenn Lansangan, were also present to witness this significant occasion.
