Typhoon “FABIAN” (IN-FA) was estimated based on all available data at 740 km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (24.1°N, 128.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 160 km/h. It is moving West Southwestward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the country.
