HAPPY 18TH BINULU FESTIVAL
Witness the vibrant 18th Binulu Festival in Porac, where Mayor Jaime “Jing” V. Capil and Vice Mayor Francis “Budoy” Tamayo, Sangguniang Bayan Members alongside the Porac Arts, Culture & Tourism office and MIS/Creative Office, orchestrated a mesmerizing celebration. Public schools showcased breathtaking Street Dance and Cultural Performances, while local restaurants battled it out in the Binulu Cook-Off.
