MANIFESTO OF SUPPORT FOR PORAC MAYOR FROM SK, BARANGAY CHAIRS

PORAC, Pampanga – Separate but identical manifestoes of “solid and unwavering support” for Mayor Jaime “Jing” Capil on the “POGO crisis” were recently issued by all of the town’s sanggunian kabataan and barangay chairmen.

Saying they have witnessed how Capil’s “straightforward and honest leadership” have “transformed the municipality into a stable and efficient government,” the SK and barangay leaders said they “reject and disprove all baseless attempts… to discredit his personality and character that will weaken the confidence and trust of his constituents on (sic) him in this POGO crisis.”
