Mayor Jaime “Jing” V. Capil delivers his State of the Children’s Address (SOCA)
Earlier today: Mayor Jaime “Jing” V. Capil delivers his State of the Children’s Address (SOCA) today (November 14,2022) at Manibaug Libutad Elementary School Covered Court attended by Vice Mayor Francis Lawrence Tamayo, SB Members, Department & Office Heads, Members of Local Council for the Protection of Children, Punong Barangays, Child Representatives from Various Sectoral Groups, and Selected High school and Elementary Students from Public and Private School and ECCD Children from Manibaug Libutad. Said activity is part of the National Children’s Month Celebration of this year with the theme “Kalusugan, Kaisipan at Kapakanan ng Bawat Bata ating Tutukan”.
Mayor Capil emphasized that his administration mainly focuses in strengthening and helping the children of this municipality as the saying goes, children are the hope of the country. Through education, he believed that it could improve the socio economic condition of every children in Porac.
Moreover, Mayor also Highlighted that the Municipality is only Municipality in Pampanga received the Child Friendly Local Governance Audit and a three year consecutive awardee of Ideal Local Council for the Protection for Children. He shared that this success of his administration would not be possible without the unending support and assistance from the Vice Mayor Francis Lawrence Tamayo, SB Members, Department Head & Office Heads, Non-Government Organizations and other stakeholders.
