QUALIFICATIONS:
✅️Must be a Filipino citizen and a legitimate resident of Porac, Pampanga.
▸ A Barangay Certificate of Residency is required as proof.
✅️Must be between 18 to 22 years old on or before the pageant date.
▸ A valid Birth Certificate (issued by the Local Civil Registry or PSA) must be submitted.
✅️Must be at least 5’3” in height
✅️Must be single, never married, and must have no children, whether biological or adopted.
✅️Should be a high school graduate at minimum.
▸ College-level students or graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
▸ Must provide a diploma or certificate of enrollment.
✅️Must embody beauty, intelligence, strong moral character, and a genuine sense of purpose or advocacy.
✅️Must be in good physical and mental health, capable of participating in training sessions, pre-pageant events, and public engagements.
✅️Must not have held a major title and runners-up in the previous edition of Mutya ning Porac.
▸ However, former runners-up or non-title holders before Mutya ning Porac 2024 are welcome to rejoin.
✅️Should be willing to fully participate in all official pageant activities, including screenings, rehearsals, photoshoots, and municipal events facilitated by the Tourism, Arts and Culture Office.
✅️Must not be under any exclusive contract with modeling, talent, or management agencies for the duration of the competition, unless formally cleared by the organizer.
✅️Must be committed to upholding the rules and regulations set by the organizing committee and accept all decisions made during the competition.
