Paving of alternate passage for quarry and hauler trucks within the boundaries of Brgy. Mancatian and Manibaug-Pasig going to Angeles City. This will serve as an alternative route for gravel and hauling activities while Mancatian Bridge is not yet passable for heavy vehicles.
