CONGRATULATIONS! to our Mayor Jing Capil for being recognized and awarded the prestigious President’s Award by the CLMA (Central Luzon Media Association) held in Bongabon, Nueva Ecija. With him, Exec. VP Rogie Pangilinan, Immediate Past President Mel Ciriaco , President Carmela R. Estrope of Phil. Daily Inquirer, National Press Club president Paul Gutierrez, officers and members of the CLMA, N. Ecija PNP Provincial Director Col. Roderick Ocampo, Col. Ricardo David of PRO3, representatives from the Phil Army 7th Infantry Division. Mayor Capil is the only Municipal Mayor in Pampanga bestowed with the Award.
