Pugay Tagumpay: Ceremonial Rites for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program Exited Beneficiaries

“All things must come to an end, but the legacy endures.” Mayor Jaime V. Capil underscored this sentiment in his address during the Ceremonial Rites for the 4Ps Exited Beneficiaries.

Mayor Jaime ‘Jing’ Capil, along with Regional Director Venus F. Rebuldela, PTL-SWAD Pampanga Ms. Maria Fe C. Evaristo, MSWD Officer Ms. Jhoanne M. Arcega, Municipal Link Ms. Laura Canlas, Vice Mayor Francis Laurence “Budoy” C. Tamayo, SB Member Essel Joy David, SB Member John Nuevy Venzon, SB Member Rhoner ‘Bong’ Buan, SB Member Hilario ‘Ayot’ Dimalanta, SB Member Raphael ‘RC’ Canlapan, and IPMR Edwin Abuque, graced the ceremonial turnover of case folders, commitment setting, and awarding of certificates and tokens for the exiting households.

A total of 341 exited beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the program’s nearly decade-long financial support.
