Mayor Jaime “Jing” V. Capil welcomed Mr. Pruds Garcia, President of MEKENI Food Corporation, and Dr. August F. Vergara, MPA, PhD, – President/Founder Executive Director HOW, during their courtesy visit at the office of the Mayor.
Their meeting centered on the proposed “Hospital On Wheels” collaboration this coming December 2025, an initiative aimed at bringing essential medical services closer to Poraqueños.
